We Set You Up for Success From Day One
Once entrepreneurs franchise with TSL Kids Crew, they will receive comprehensive training to ensure their success. The program includes 12 hours of classroom training, where franchisees will learn the fundamentals of operating a childcare and education business, including business management, customer service, and compliance with industry regulations. In addition, 16 hours of on-the-job training will provide hands-on experience at an existing TSL location, allowing franchisees to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting. This combination of structured learning and practical experience equips franchisees with the tools and confidence needed to effectively run their business and deliver the high-quality programs TSL Kids Crew is known for.
